I help you understand how your mind, body, and experiences have shaped the way you think, feel, and show up in the world.
In our work together, we explore the whole person: your emotions, your body, your patterns, your lifestyle, to find the true root beneath what’s been holding you back.

Sessions unfold intuitively.
Sometimes we reconnect with the body through gentle somatic work.
Sometimes we unravel what’s been sitting in the subconscious.
Sometimes we talk to bring clarity to what hasn’t been seen.

The goal is simple:
To help you feel safe in your life, take up space with confidence, and reprogram the parts of you that were shaped by the past so you can live as your authentic self.
